Appalachian Aquaculture is a new company with a mission to establish a sustainable aquaculture production and distribution model that can alleviate the food distribution footprint while providing localized economic stimulation. The company needed a brand identity that would reflect its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and community.

I developed a brand identity that is both visually appealing and informative. The logo features a stylized illustration of a shrimp, which symbolizes the company's growth of farmed shrimp but also illustrates the fundamental nature of shrimp in the ecosystem. This further shows the commitment to sustainable aquaculture in the Appalachian region. The typography is simple and modern, and the color palette is inspired by the natural beauty of the Appalachian Mountains and the coastal nature of the industry.

I also developed a comprehensive brand identity system that includes brand guidelines, packaging design, and marketing materials. The brand identity system is designed to be consistent and cohesive across all touchpoints, from the company's website to its social media pages to its marketing materials.
